What will you be working on?

• Partner with engineering, product and leadership team to create and maintain evidence-based framework for driving our business.
• Build and maintain A/B testing framework to support product development. Partner with  stakeholders to identify product gaps, test hypotheses and size product opportunities.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs, create a common language and facilitate reporting as well as improve efficiency throughout the company.
• Support and mentor the team with ad-hoc analyses, automated dashboards and self-service reporting tools to empower everyone across the company to understand, prioritize and execute against product strategy.
• Partner with leadership team to help define, lead and prioritize product strategy.

Do you have the right chops?

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• At least 2 years of industry experience and working collaboratively with business partners and software engineers.
• Strong experience in SQL, data warehousing, data modeling, dashboarding, and reporting
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and modeling.
• Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Periscope, Tableau, Mode Analytics, Looker, or similar. Proficiency with Google Analytics and Firebase is a plus.
• Passion for analytics and data.
• Ability and desire to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate empirical results via storytelling.
