THE OPPORTUNITY:

hint®, one of the fastest growing beverage companies in the market, is looking for a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as a Operations Analyst. This person will analyze current inventories and constraints to ensure supply meets hint®business demand.

The perfect candidate will possess the analytical and project management ability to assist in planning, forecasting and allocating product. We’re looking for someone to help optimize our processes and inventory levels to push the hint® brand forward solidifying our place in the market as a must-have beverage.  

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:

As our Operations Analyst, you will report directly to our Director of Operations.

You’ll also work with:

  • SVP, Sales
  • Beverage Brand Director
  • Senior Operations Coordinator

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE:

  • Coordinate with the Supply Planning/Demand Planning/distribution leaders to ensure appropriate allocation of resources, to meet capacity demands
  • Design and prepare models, systems, and metrics for capacity planning and controlling tasks
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional team members to gather and identify opportunities for process optimization
  • Identify capacity issues to drive decisions for resource allocation
  • Undertake capacity-controlling activities comparing planned output with actual output
  • Compile and deliver capacity reports detailing environment limitations and recommendations for mitigation
  • Develop pre-build strategies to offset capacity constraints
  • Analyze service trends and identify areas for focus and improvement
  • Provide Root Cause Analysis for OTC Fill/Service Issues
  • Support S&OP process

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Minimum 2 years proven Operations or Supply Chain experience in fast paced business
  • Advanced expertise with Excel applications (interactive excel, macros) is a plus
  • Highly collaborative nature and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Bias towards action: results-driven and able to utilize data to drive growth in a fast-paced, competitive industry
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves style, used to working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Passionate about a healthy lifestyle, nutrition and promoting a product that enables customers to make healthy choices without sacrificing taste
