Our Director of Business Development will be a key leader within the sales leadership team and also across departments at REBBL, including marketing, finance, innovation and operations. This critical role will be responsible for leading sales planning, sales support, category management and the implementation of trade marketing to our team. This role reports to the SVP of Sales and will be a key leader, internally and externally, of our top business growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Director Of Business Development with the following characteristics:
- Ability to lead and manage multiple initiatives at the same time
- Accountability to delivering our results and priorities
- A great communicator. Able to engage others, on the sales team and cross-functionally, and gain alignment to initiatives and deliverables
- Experience working with a high-growth brand that is establishing processes but that is entrepreneurial at the foundation
- Has an ownership mindset in all that is done
- Exercises a calm attitude in a hectic environment
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5+ years leading HQ-based sales initiatives across departmental functions
- Strong understanding of cross-channel brand development and influences
- Experience in supporting a high growth, field-based sales organization
- Professional written and oral communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Internet-savvy
