Did you know that a recruiter spends just 7 seconds on average reviewing a resume before they accept or reject it?  7 seconds!  That’s it.  That’s why it’s so important to make sure you have a rock-solid resume.

There are so many easily avoidable mistakes people make on their resume that cause them to be immediately rejected.  Don’t let these costly mistakes ruin your chances of getting your dream job.

As an unbiased, highly experienced reviewer of resumes, I am going to help you put your resume in its best form so you can land the job you want.

Our clients rave about our resume evaluations and have rated our service on average a 4.9 stars out of 5

Here’s what clients have said…
“I have received more replies when applying!”
With Luke’s input, I was able to transform my resume into a cohesive story that touched upon each of my specific successes.  The before and after could not be more pronounced and I have since received more replies when applying!
“Worth every penny and more!”
Your comments are VERY helpful and got me thinking about my experience in a new way. I was hesitant to spend the money for an evaluation because a long time ago I paid someone to help me with my resume and it was a total bust and not helpful at all. I am so happy I reached out to you and arranged for the evaluation. Worth every penny and more!
“I definitely recommend it!”
Luke’s resume review provides a fantastic opportunity to get real feedback from the same type of person that will be reviewing your credentials for that dream job. I definitely recommend it!  Luke provided honest, sensible and insightful feedback. I now have more confidence submitting my resume knowing I’m putting my best foot forward.

With a Resume Evaluation, I will personally evaluate your resume and provide detailed feedback in your own Resume Evaluation Report.  Your resume will be measured and scored against 13 key criteria and given a Resume Strength Score.

I will also share with you directly, from my hiring manager and recruiter point of view, my evaluation of your resume and specific feedback for improving it.  You’ll receive actionable recommendations for how to make it the best it can be.

Meet Your Resume Evaluator

I was professionally trained in reviewing resumes over two decades ago when I was a recruiting intern of a fast-growing public company.  That experience started me on a path towards building a deep understanding of how to craft a top-notch resume and how recruiters and hiring managers evaluate them.

Since that first recruiting internship, I have reviewed thousands of resumes.  As the Founder of Luke’s Circle, a Managing Partner of the private equity firm Ridgeline Ventures, and a former COO of a fast-growing company with nearly $100M in revenue, I have helped thousands of companies fill their job openings over the past couple of decades.

I have a deep understanding of what hiring managers and recruiters look for as they review resumes, and, from that knowledge, I’ve helped countless talented professionals land jobs they love.
