Full Job Description

What will you be working on?

  • Create product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market plans for B2B segment
  • Build relationships and establish the desired outcomes with retailers, grocers, influencers, and others as needed
  • Manage the sales process from identifying to contracting to deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams as required to close the deal, mobilize, and transition product and engineering teams to ensure deal success
  • Serve as the customer-success lead by ensuring that all commitments required to achieve the business model outcomes are in place
  • Demonstrate the ability to grow with the product and continue to identify/build business opportunities
  • Provide input to the product/engineering teams on new capabilities as the voice of the customer

About you

  • 5-7 years of sales, business development is required
  • Experience selling software either in a B2B setting or marketplace setting is required
  • Prior understanding of retail and digital trends, building a multi-sided market network, working with retailers, CPG brand companies preferred
  • A natural leader who is organized and can work with multiple stakeholders to get a deal structure in place
  • Ability to work independently and yet collaborate in a team
  • You are motivated to have a positive impact on the world and want to work on a diverse set of problems
  • You believe that work should be fun and enjoy working with others
  • You like to try new things and believe in failing fast
  • You have at least one recipe that you really like and know how to cook
  • You like chocolate, especially dark chocolate
