Brand Ambassadors needed for Cannabis Brand
Brand Ambassador Description:
A local marketing agency is looking for qualified Brand Ambassadors to help support a “pop-up” informational program in dispensaries in Denver (including surrounding areas) and San Francisco and the surrounding areas. Brand Ambassadors should be highly motivated, outgoing, friendly, and have an interest in the cannabis industry with outgoing personalities and those who can comfortably talk to others are strongly encouraged to apply! We want consumers to feel comfortable talking to our brand ambassadors about these products and benefits. Paid training included!
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
Be the face of the brand at dispensaries and events, exuding confidence, personality, and friendliness towards consumers. Become an expert on the brand and product, be able to answer many different questions consumers may have.
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with dispensary partners.
- Drive sales at demos with knowledge, enthusiasm, and customer engagement.
- Track performance of demos, inventory, and collect customer feedback.
- Create and maintain dispensary profiles.
- Conduct Executive and VIP Ambassador demos.
- Conduct dispensary clinics.
- Understand and have full knowledge of the brand and its products. Be aware of competitors and the market.
- Network with consumers to gain a following for the brand.
- Willing and able to transport themselves to/from locations, transport and setup/teardown a branded kit.
- Complete a written summary/recap at the end of each shift.
Brand Ambassador Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have 1 - 4+ years of brand ambassador experience.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation with valid Driver's License.
- In Colorado, must have M.E.D. badge or ability to apply for one.
- Must be able to pass a background check with no prior history of felony convictions.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Must be energetic and outgoing.
- Must be responsible, reliable, and punctual.
- Must be adaptable and willing to support where needed.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with co-workers and store personnel.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
