Full Job Description

Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution of the TCHO marketing plan and the development of the marketing plan. They will initiate and manage projects in areas to include but not limited to, digital marketing tactics, packaging, new product development, website/brand ecommerce, and all components of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing with Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in consumer packaged goods marketing
  • Experience with specialty brand marketing targeting natural, specialty, conventional, foodservice and mass channels
  • Ability to build, execute and communicate strategies and plans to divergent audiences
  • Highly driven performer who manages multiple projects on time and on budget
  • Motivated self-starter with exceptionally strong work ethic
  • Strong reporting skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Implementation and plan of the marketing strategy including campaigns, digital marketing, events, and PR
  • Work closely with the TCHO Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing the appropriate tools, materials and presentation content
  • Website development to ensure consistent and easy consumer experience and compliance with privacy and other rules and regulations.
  • Stay abreast of latest technological advancements, evaluates application to company assets and makes recommendations on adoption based on an understanding of both business and consumer needs.
  • Development brand ecommerce business strategy and tactical plan; and drive execution and on-going management of brand ecommerce business including loyalty program management and supply chain coordination.
  • Leverage knowledge of latest technology to assist marketing manager and agency in development of comprehensive sales funnel measurement methodology.
  • Implementation and development of the TCHO brand strategy
  • Execute and develop the strategy for new and existing products
  • Execute and revise the new product development process from ideation through commercialization including new product marketing materials and programs
  • Provide continuous analysis and reporting around the competitive environment and consumer trends including market intelligence, product pricing audits
  • Drive the post-promotional analysis of all promotional activity to determine important factors in success/failure of promotions.
  • Creates marketing reports based on the company’s requests.
  • Helps prepare for involvement with community organizations and events.
  • Seeks continuous improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
  • Manage, measure and report on social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and awareness
  • Track and report progress to ensure that the marketing objectives and timing requirements are met
  • Manage all aspects of the TCHO website and other digital properties
  • Manage customer complaints and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reflects learnings from post-promotional analysis into future plans and tactics.
  • Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
  • Guide the day to day activities of the marketing team
