Created by celebrated chef-teacher Sukhi Singh, Sukhi’s Gourmet Indian Foods is a family operated, woman-owned company founded in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1992 following an increasing demand for Indian cuisine using premium, natural ingredients. Sukhi's Gourmet Indian Foods is looking for a dynamic Community & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team!
The Community & Digital Marketing Manager oversees the digital marketing strategy for the company. In this position they work closely with Marketing, Sales, Field Demo Teams and Customer Service to leverage all digital channels to increase Sukhi’s brand awareness and create raving consumer advocates. The Digital Marketing Manager also oversees all website maintenance and development and the ecommerce sales channel.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
- Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars
- Create, implement and track Digital Marketing campaigns
- Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging across all digital channels
- Establish and monitor ROI and KPIs
- Work closely with Field Demo Teams to convert in store experience to digital and vice versa.
- Manage day-to-day messaging/posts
- Manage PPC budget for Facebook/Google ads
- Manage company website (including all images, tools, and content)
- Work closely with Customer Service to ensure inbound inquiries are being responded to appropriately
- Conduct and report analysis of site and social traffic
- Responsible for Ecommerce channel and budget
- Qualifications:
Education And Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong project Management Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in Email Marketing
- Experience managing social media channels
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles
- Experience collaborating across teams (cross-functional, agencies, etc.)
