We are looking for a co-founder-level partner to lead, manage, and integrate our ops. ...have e-commerce, industrial, process, or supply chain background at a management level.

Role & Responsibilities

As our operations-focused Co-Founder your responsibilities will include Leadership, Management & Accountability of Production, Fulfillment, and Customer Service.

Production will be your domain and involves:

• Managing our supply chain (built in collaboration with our experienced head of sourcing).
• Managing our production, which means delivering unfinished goods to our co-packers, handling those relationships, and ensuring the product produced is to our very high standards.
• Inventory management.
• Demand planning (with initial support from our head of sourcing).

You will improve and build systems and processes across this entire chain, and also in fulfillment and customer service. You will be loved and well compensated for the value you create. We’re going to be counting on you.

You will own the relationship with the bookkeeper and be responsible for delivering monthly P&Ls, handling APs, and taking care or monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes with support of our accountant and investor.

You will own the day-to-day of the product management on our Shopify store.

We anticipate that Fulfillment and Customer Service will be managed day-to-day by a team lead in that department who reports to you. You will be responsible for optimizing costs and systems in both, and troubleshooting problems.

You will lead project management of special projects.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, though we think a co-founder will value equity over salary, and the person who drives serious value will be compensated accordingly.
