SUMMARY
Purely Elizabeth is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce + Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute our digital marketing and e-commerce strategies. The Ecommerce + Digital Marketing Manager will focus on driving DTC and Amazon revenue, enhancing the online customer experience and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, creative problem solving and strategic thinking in order to succeed in our fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
KEY ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES
The Ecommerce + Digital Marketing Manager will set a vision and strategy for customer journey / lifecycle marketing and longer-term CRM and loyalty across channels and drive digital marketing programs that support both sales and brand awareness.
- Utilize creative thinking and data driven strategies to develop digital programs that will strengthen the consumer journey and grow the E-commerce business, specifically on purelyelizabeth.com and Amazon
- Manage digital agencies by providing strategy and direction for all multi-channel digital marketing programs to grow awareness, traffic and conversation, inclusive of PPC, display, paid social, web development, SEO, Amazon advertising and email marketing
- Effectively work with and manage broker partner on Amazon to improve performance, online presence and make recommendations on media and search spend
- Analyze and optimize content and product listings across all Ecommerce platforms
- Work with the broader marketing team to develop high-level creative campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s positioning and key messaging points to the target audience
- Measure and report on performance and learnings of all digital initiatives
- Create online only content and events throughout the seasons to drive sales goals that support overall brand and product priorities
- Responsible for Ecommerce p&l and sales forecasting
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- A demonstrated understanding of digital advertising and ecommerce strategies
- Minimum 3-5 years digital marketing experience, agency and/or brand side
- CPG experience required
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Google Display Network, Facebook Business Manager, Amazon Vendor Central
- Highly motivated, action-oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, flexible, hands-on and can adapt quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with all stakeholders
- Creative problem-solver and conceptual thinker with an ability to understand and leverage detail-oriented and analytical issues as needed
- Ability to contribute at both a strategic and tactical level
