<p>The Director, National Enterprise Sales role is a key member of our Foodservice Sales Leadership team and will oversee the team assigned with closing and managing IF’s National Account portfolio. This position requires a strong background in building leading high-performing National Sales teams. This role will report to the VP, Foodservice in our US Sales organization. </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Be accountable for achieving revenue and profit goals of the National Enterprise Account Team. </li>
<li>Develop annual sales plans and execute on strategies for the National Account Team. This includes monitoring productivity (weekly, monthly and quarterly) in order to achieve expected sales results.</li>
<li>Be a strategic thought partner to the the Head of Foodservice Sales and execute on the strategic vision of the Foodservice team.</li>
<li>Engage and liaise with customers in your portfolio - serve as an IF Sales Leader to external groups and customers. </li>
<li>Oversee contract and pricing agreements between your Account Executives, IF cross-functional partners (in finance, accounting, supply chain, product, and legal), and external partners</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional team members and input in the development of and enhancement of current products, services and customer offerings to capitalize on opportunities</li>
<li>Coach and support team and provide necessary guidance and tools for the team to achieve success.</li>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<li>15-20 years of sales-related experience, including at least 10 years of leadership experience</li>
<li>A genuine interest and passion for Impossible Foods’ mission.</li>
<li>The ability to think creatively and critically, can quickly learn new concepts and seeks to resolve complex problems</li>
<li>The ability to be a structured and organized thinker who can drive projects to completion with minimal direction; attention to detail and ability to deep-dive when necessary </li>
<li>A growth mindset - you are curious, seek help from others, openly accept feedback, and capitalize on setbacks to move forward more effectively.  </li>
