Full Job Description

The National Project Manager is a highly organized, resourceful, and communicative 'swiss army knife' at the center of the company. You will work with team members in all departments at Gobble as well as teams at partner companies to develop and successfully execute our enterprise partnerships with national brands. You will be the primary owner of the ongoing partnership relationships, and enable our internal teams across marketing, operations, logistics, and culinary to achieve aggressive product research and development timelines, launch, and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project briefs and quarterly/yearly roadmaps, including detailed execution plans, cross-functional workflows, and clearly defined goals and deliverables.
  • Manage the project timeline to hold the all teams accountable for all deadlines, including clearly defining scope, assigning responsibilities across the business, and regularly monitoring and summarizing progress of projects to internal executives and enterprise partners.
  • Review all deliverables for quality assurance and best-in-class execution before sharing with external partners.
  • Develop dashboards and other tools to measure our real time success and maintain an optimized, data-driven program.
  • Lead regularly scheduled update meetings, report status weekly or bi-weekly with next steps, and manage all partnership communications.
  • Manage the entire program budget and P&L, including OpEx, staffing costs, and COGS.
  • Encourage resourcefulness, ensuring task completion via the path of least resistance and without scope creep.
  • Execute enterprise partnerships flawlessly and with a playbook for continuously better partnership execution in the future.

  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated success working with high profile clients and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in e-commerce, food, or insurance industries a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or Communications, a plus.
  • Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or Communications, a plus.
  • PMP Certification a plus.
