We all deal with stress differently.  There’s no single right way to handle it — it’s whatever works for each of us as individuals, right?

I’ve been working hard on my own practice for handling stress and it centers around one question that I ask myself as I start to feel stressed.  And it involves having a growth mindset.

I talk about that one question in the video below and what I’ll tell you is that it’s had a profound impact on how I work through challenges.
